Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Scientific
Communications specializing in Gout/Krystexxa within Rare
Disease.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop strategic plans for scientific
communications and oversee the creation of medical content
Manage publication-related deliverables and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards
Supervise staff development and maintain partnerships with
cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 3 years of Medical/Scientific Affairs
experience, or equivalent experience with lower degrees
Minimum of 3 years of direct management or leadership
experience
Prior experience in Medical/Scientific Affairs or Clinical
Development within the biopharmaceutical industry
Understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization processes and
regulatory guidelines
Experience in publication planning and managing budgets
