  A little about this position:
  • The Director of Skier Services is responsible for the oversight of June Mountain skier service businesses including Ski & Ride School, Rental, Retail, Tickets and Guest Service Administration.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong and proven leadership, communication, collaborative and organizational skills along with a general understanding the mechanical operations of the resort's winter and summer operations. Requirements:
    • Minimum High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of ski industry or resort hospitality management experience.
    • Proven experience developing and writing budgets, hiring and training staff and guest service resolution.
    • Experience in event management (weddings, concerts, etc.).
    • An experienced leader with extensive ski/hospitality industry experience, with proven success in P&L management.
    • Success at building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.
    • Experience operating both revenue and cost center operations and success at managing and leading a team.
    • Proven ability to create opportunities to grow revenue and improve guest service.
    • Knowledge managing our internal systems preferred (i.e., Sirius, Kronos, etc.).
    • Experience in the development of strategic planning and execution of tactics and tasks to achieve those strategies within business units.
      Pay: $92,414.77 - $98,091.12 per year
