Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and
support
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate
customer needs into technical solutions
Define the technical vision and roadmap for support products,
overseeing project execution from planning to delivery
Required Qualifications
2+ years of engineering management experience
5+ years of full-stack software development experience
Proven track record of hiring and leading productive engineering
teams
Experience building extensible software solutions that scale to
diverse user needs
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models
(LLMs), or generative AI is preferred
