Description HOME HEALTH RN - St Joseph Medical Center Schedule: Monday- Friday, rotating weekends (3 days a month) Location: Sylmar, Granada Hills, Saugus, Pacoima Job Description: Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.   • Associate's Degree Nursing.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Upon request: CA DL and Auto Insurance,
  • 1 year Professional nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Home Health field experience.
    • IV and Central Line experience.
