Family Law Litigation Attorney - 5 years' experience----



Our boutique law firm specializing in family law litigation seeks a full-time Associate Attorney with at least five (5) years of family law litigation experience, including court representation. We are committed to guiding clients through challenging legal matters with compassion and expertise. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment where your work directly impacts clients' lives.



Salary: $125,000 to $200,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

--- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
--- Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
--- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
--- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
--- Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects


Qualifications:

--- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
--- Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in California and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
