Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
support and engage users in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer needs
and providing effective solutions
Train users on the functionality of the platform and assist in
developing support materials
Collect user feedback and share suggestions with the development
team to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer support role within a SaaS
environment
Experience in the Health and Wellness or Health-Tech industry is a
bonus
Experience with Live-Chat support is preferred
Completion of a post-secondary certificate or degree
Able to work certain evenings and weekends for support coverage
