Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Coordinator who will
initiate training programs and support the Training Department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee training operations and identify opportunities for service
expansion and process improvement
Track and report progress towards goals, adjusting as necessary
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and
ensure timely onboarding of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance
Three years of experience in the insurance inspection industry or a
related field preferred
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business goals and
meeting deadlines
Leadership experience in training development and motivating
others
Excellent planning and organizational skills
