Job Description:
A company is looking for a Document Review Specialist to manage
patient eligibility documentation and ensure compliance with
billing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage patient eligibility documents for accuracy and
compliance
Complete insurance verification to determine patient coverage and
eligibility
Collaborate with sales and support staff to ensure timely receipt
of necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration,
insurance customer services, or billing
Senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one
year of exact job experience
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment preferred
Ability to lift 30 pounds and sit at a computer for extended
periods
