This position is responsible for:

This position would be responsible for:

Caring for patients of all ages. Accessing patient health concerns and needs, maintain patient records, administer care to primary care and urgent care patients. Initiate, review, and revise treatment plans. Reinforce patient education on matters regarding physical and mental health. Ordering diagnostic studies as indicated. (laboratory, radiology).

Required:

Masters' degree or equivalent NP Certification from accredited program.
Current, valid California NP and RN license, issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing
Current NP furnishing number
Current DEA number
Current BLS. PALS, and ACLS certification
1-3 years Primary care and or Urgent Care experience
Must possess and maintain a valid California Drives License
